Highland (Texas) Energy Company is a privately-held oil and gas exploration and production company based in Dallas, Texas. Our primary focus is on the development of drilling projects, the acquisition and management of oil and natural gas properties relating to working interest, royalty interest, and overriding royalty interest.
We have a long history of generating large scale drilling and development projects across multiple producing basins in the United States.
Currently active exploration and development projects are located in the Permian Basin, the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast, and Colorado.
We are actively seeking acquisitions of operated and non-operated properties with a primary focus in Texas and southeast New Mexico. We are also seeking acquisition of minerals and royalties within the continental United States through Mineras Resources, LLC.
Highland (Texas) Energy Company was incorporated January 2, 2008. It is principally engaged in the acquisition, development and management of producing oil and gas properties. The company’s senior management team has been in the oil and gas business for over 40 years.
